It is one of the ‘must do’s’ on the any list of therapies for women or men. It removes the pollutants and excess of
sebum, gently exfoliates and helps the skin to breath and function normally. Establishes the balance between
moisture and oiliness of the skin, a key factor in the maintenance of elasticity.

• a mild redness may be seen which will subside within few hours
• personal hygiene is very important (clean hands, clean towels and bed linen)
• avoid intense exercising for 2-3 days
• avoid sun exposure, solarium and sauna
• it is advised not to use laser therapies, hair removal, AHAs peeling or other exfoliating products
• clean and moisturize the face regularly. Keep it protected from direct sunlight.

Teenagers and above. It is very important to identify the skin type and individual needs before the treatment (i.e., acne prone skin has a different procedure from dry, tired or sensitive skin).
Depending upon skin type and individual needs, on average, 2 times a year for normal skin and more often for oily skin. Acne prone skin has a different protocol, depending on the doctor’s advice.
